MaintenanceHardware warranty and maintenance is included in most new system setups sold by POS Connection. Coverage depends on the actual hardware included in the system. Standard warranties for hardware sold are generally 1-year for new equipment, 90 days for refurbished hardware and 30-days for used. Since the condition of used equipment varies widely, the 30-day warranty may not be available for all transactions. POS Connection offers extended maintenance coverage on software and hardware on systems that it sells, and may offer it on hardware on systems that it did not or does not sell. Check with your POS Connection account manager for rates or to set up an assessment of your maintenance needs.
